Greg Inglis and Enrichd Group launched Australia’s first Aboriginal-owned preventative mental health organisation.

No one will suffer alone.

Mental Health challenges continues to be the leading cause of death for young Australians. Suicide is the leading death for young Australians. Greg Inglis achieved incredible milestones in his career, representing Queensland in the State of Origin, Indigenous All Stars, and Australia on the Rugby League world stage, all while facing personal demons with mental health. GI’s very own mental health challenges ignited a powerful vision. He resolved to wield his influence and transform mental health stigma in Australia. The Goanna Academy was born.

Year 8 student, Casino HS

"Watching Greg Inglis on the field with the kids was not just awe inspiring but incredibly moving seeing such an icon of the sport I love so much having such a positive influence on these little champions and also later in the evening sharing his story. Equipping communities with the tools to help assist on their mental health journey…A massive well done to all involved in making a day like today possiblel"

Adult participant, Kingaroy Clinic

“We know that 46% of Australians aged 16-85 have experienced a mental disorder in their lifetime but construction workers are more than twice as likely to die from suicide than other people… Our partnership with Goanna Academy is ground-breaking. We will not only be giving our workers the resources and channels to speak up, but also a reason to shake the stigma as well as a role model to show the way.”
